MSNBC Host Instantly Put in His Place after Defending Hillary Clinton

MSNBC Host Jonathan Capehart was put in his place during a recent appearance on PBS’s NewsHour, after attempting to defend Hillary Clinton’s private server scandal by claiming that Trump’s situation was worse because he kept classified documents while Hillary “did not”. This is a ludicrous claim and one that is completely false. In fact, new information has come to light revealing that Hilary’s server did contain classified documents that could have been and most likely were accessed by foreign agents.

The hypocrisy of the left is stunning. Hillary Clinton has been getting a free pass for far too long and it’s about time that we hold her accountable for her actions. It’s not a coincidence that FBI Director James Comey found that over 2,000 of her 30,490 emails contained classified information. This shows a complete and utter disregard for our national security and proves she is not fit to be president.

Capehart should be ashamed of himself for trying to defend the indefensible. In fact, the situation with Hillary’s private server is far worse than anything Trump has done. She put our national security at risk and completely ignored protocol and the law. The fact is, the president has extensive power over their own documents and has the ability to declassify anything at any time for any reason. The secretary of state, however, does not have this privilege and is not protected under the Presidential Records Act like a (former) president would be.

The fact that Hillary was able to get away with this for so long is a testament to her arrogance and sense of entitlement. The American people deserve better than this and it’s time to take a stand against the corrupt politicians who are putting our country at risk.
