Biden Administration Breaks Norms: An Unprecedented Celebration of Yet Another LGBTQ+ Holiday!

Look, folks—there are 365 days in a year, but apparently that’s not enough for the excessively indulged left. They’ve managed to fabricate another holiday: International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, and Transphobia, or as we’ll call it, an outlandish way of focusing on issues that, quite frankly, are not our nation’s most pressing concerns.

Let’s take a step back for a moment. Remember May 17, 1990? That was the day the World Health Organization removed homosexuality from the International Classification of Diseases. It was a decision based on medical consensus, not a societal parade. Fast forward to today, and it’s morphed into an excuse for the left to shout louder and dismiss any dissenting views.

And as if commandeering Easter and fabricating the Transgender Day of Visibility weren’t enough, the pride celebrations spill over to our administration. They’re busy clattering on social media about solidarity and freedom from discrimination. “It’s a matter of human rights,” insist President Biden and Vice President Harris, their voices echoing across Twitter.

It’s eerily amusing, Biden’s rhetoric about matters of human rights clashing rather starkly with his reportedly firm Catholic belief that marriage is a bond between a man and a woman. And Harris, purportedly Christian, parrots what her boss says. Everyone deserves respect, she declares, and who could disagree with that? But the question remains: when is it enough?

Not to be outdone, our beloved Department of State and its head, Secretary Antony Blinken, tie themselves in knots, promising to uphold the safety and dignity of the LGBTQI+ community. But what about the dignity and safety of our traditional family values, the core that keeps our society functioning? It’s like they’re playing invisible to the disruption they’re stirring up.

Even the Department of Homeland Security is jumping on the bandwagon, pledging to promote equality, dignity and respect for all, as if these are suddenly new concepts.

Don’t get me wrong. No one’s advocating for intolerance or hatred. But isn’t it concerning the government seems oddly hyper-focused on pandering to these ‘holidays’? Surely, our administration could better spend their time addressing immediate national problems, like our looming economic crisis, continually contentious immigration policies, and ongoing wars.

It’s enough to make you question whether our leadership is genuinely invested in leading or simply pandering. Perhaps, it’s time we decelerate this madness and get things back on track. As a nation, our focus should encompass all citizens, not just those sitting within specific labels. Let our leaders lead, our policy-makers create sound policies that consider all Americans, not just those within a particular niche. In other words, folks… let’s get our priorities straight.
