Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito Refuses Recusal from 2020 Election Cases Amid Political Attacks

This comes in response to Democratic senators Dick Durbin and Sheldon Whitehouse’s demand that he recuse himself, following a New York Times hit piece on Alito. Justice Alito refuted the Democratic senators’ demands by clarifying in a letter that neither incident in question met the recusal conditions.
