They’re now advocating loudly and clearly for Trump’s imprisonment. Yes, you heard it right, the rallying call is, “Lock Him Up”. BSDA’s Alvin Bragg’s recent press conference has surely stirred up an interesting conversation.

Andrew Weissmann, an ex-Mueller prosecutor, is leading the charge in this MSNBC panel discussion. Joy Reid kick-starts the hour-long frenzy by making a connection between the charges made in 2018 against Michael Cohen and the current case against Trump. To jog your memory, Cohen was indicted by the Southern District of New York on similar charges, along with some tax violations. Notably, Michael Cohen was a first-time offender and his cooperation during the Mueller investigation ended up in a three-year sentence and a $50,000 fine.

Weissmann adds his two cents, providing more backstory to Reid’s contentions and highlighting why Cohen got away with a three-year sentence rather than a steeper one. So, here’s the kicker: Cohen cooperated with the Mueller investigation, pled guilty prior to trial, and that’s what worked in his favor – it lowered his sentence.

Regime Media’s blind support to this unnatural trial doesn’t seem to end, but only intensifies, turning a blind eye to obvious realities while undermining true democratic principles.
