It’s time to talk about Al Jazeera, folks. They may have a slick presentation and a global reach, but don’t be fooled. Their connections run deep into some dangerous territory, leading right back to none other than Hamas itself – the group that’s unapologetically brought terror to Israeli civilians. Just this week, three captives were saved from the homes of Abdallah Aljamal, an Al Jazeera talking head and shady Hamas operative.

Al Jazeera doesn’t just have a shady collaborator in its ranks, however – we’re talking about an organization that’s been a thorn in Israel’s side for so long that the government itself shut down their offices on their soil. And yet, media ratings outfit Ad Fontes still seems to have a crush on Al Jazeera, ranking it highly reliable for news and analysis. They describe Al Jazeera, funded in part by Qatar no less, as a public benefit and important global news source.

Curiously, Ad Fontes doesn’t extend the same love to outlets better known for a conservative outlook. Fox News and The Daily Wire score lower on their scale, being seen as only “generally reliable”. Curious, right?

NewsGuard, another media scorekeeper, comes out no better. They too had kind words for Al Jazeera. Never mind the fact that the media giant was mum for years about its financial strings tied to the Qatari government, only sharing that oh-so-important bit of information after a cosy meeting with NewsGuard execs.

Folks, this isn’t just about financial underpinnings. This is about a news outlet that’s shown clear bias and sympathy towards terrorists. The Media Research Center has more than a few examples up its sleeve, and I’m not just talking about Al-Jamal. You can also find Al Jazeera reporters doubling up as Hamas terrorists, teaching outsiders about military weaponry, clear as day.

You’d think that these details, these facts, would be enough to nudge Ad Fontes or NewsGuard into some sort of action. But no, they’re too busy attempting to silence right-leaning media, free speech be damned. An ignoble sight, if there ever was one.

But here’s the thing – we won’t stand by idly. Speak out and have your voice heard. Make those responsible for spreading misinformation accountable. Hit up your representatives and demand Big Tech provides transparency. Advocate for clarity on so-called “hate speech” and let’s ensure an even playing field for conservatives.
