Here we go again folks, U.S. intelligence officials are playing the same worn-out tune from their playlist – international parties meddling in our elections. Oh, isn’t that just wonderful? Back at it again, despite no solid evidence to support these claims ahead of the forthcoming 2024 Presidential Election.

Plainly put, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) official making these allegations is rousing the fears that 2024 carries greater risk for interference. Why? Because “presidential elections draw more attention from our adversaries,” or so they claim. Sound familiar? We’ve heard this song in both 2016 and 2020.

When the infamous laptop of Hunter Biden came to light and threatened Joe Biden’s candidacy in 2020 with hard facts, fifty-one intelligence officials decided to smother this shocker in a cloak of “Russian disinformation.” With the leftist media as their co-conspirators, they managed to pressure Big Tech into silencing anyone daring enough to share these uncomfortable truths.

This current warning about the looming threat in 2024 election, as declared by this cordial, faceless ODNI official, feels suspiciously like a re-run of 2020. Without offering any detailed facts, it seems the stage is being set for the media to once again marginalize or dismiss any damning evidence against their preferred candidate, labeling it as another Russian disinformation stunt.

Let’s remember the saga of Hunter Biden’s laptop, which was callously dismissed as Russian interference, yet later established as authentic. Of course, all this unfolded after tech companies had dutifully performed their censorship duties, restraining the right to free speech and fair dissemination of information. Reprehensibly, the media narrative constructed around these dubious claims succeeded in swaying election results, suppressing the truth, and denying Americans the full picture.

What’s upsetting is when we reel back to 2020. Joe Biden’s obscure connections and involvements in his felon son’s business transactions were bombshell revelations that deserved public scrutiny. Instead, they were shrouded in a web of baseless accusations, playing into the hands of an orchestrated campaign favoring one side.

Unbelievably, upon verification of the laptop’s authenticity, the liberal media and Big Tech were caught red-faced. By then, the damage was done. The missed information cost President Trump six states which would have secured his victory.

With the approach of the 2024 elections, we are witnessing the rehearsals of an all too familiar farce. Misinformation and the heinous silencing of conservative voices are already being woven into the narrative. It’s about time we sparked a serious conversation about Big Tech’s unchecked powers and the suppression of balanced discourse.
