Louisiana has taken a bold step, leading the pack as the premier state to mandate the display of the Ten Commandments in all public schools. Standby for the predictable outcry from liberal media as they echo fears of constitutional conflict and violation of church and state separation.

The major networks, each in its distinct way, registered their disapproval at Louisiana’s stand. David Muir, the ABC World News Tonight anchor, couldn’t resist the urge to sneer at the Supreme Court, stoking the flames of speculation about the Court potentially repealing the law. Remarkably, even in this heightening political climate where justices could face threats of violence, the left and their media cronies still don’t miss a shot at conservatives.

CBS took another route, amplifying the ACLU’s preparation to sue Louisiana. They also added that the Ten Commandments bill will be privately funded, a detail NBC echoed. According to them, the Ten Commandments, printed in large and readable font, will now be a mandatory feature in every public classroom, thanks to the Republican Governor, Jeff Landry. Yet, the ACLU deems the law ‘blatantly unconstitutional’.

NBC described it as a controversial bill, portraying Governor Landry as breaking new ground with this requirement. Predictably, they reported opponents calling the law unconstitutional.

However, this narrative misses the point completely. This issue isn’t merely about the Ten Commandments in every school, but the challenge it poses to left-wing monopoly over school curriculum. Essentially, Louisiana is jolting the secular dominance of public education system controlled by liberal administrators and teachers’ unions.

The media won’t let up on issues like the parent’s rights battles in Florida, adopting activist terminology to brand bills as ‘Don’t Say Gay’. Surprisingly, teaching gender to kindergarteners or exposing third and fourth graders to explicit sexual materials in school libraries are acceptable, but the Ten Commandments stir uproar. It’s clear that this law exposes the hypocrisy in the system and the left-wing media waste no time in painting it negatively.

In sum, Louisiana, through its brave stance, has fired the opening salvo in challenging the left-wing’s stranglehold over public school curriculum. The Bill isn’t just about displaying the Ten Commandments but also about pushing back against liberal domination. Predictably, the left and their media allies are up in arms but the fight for balance is just beginning.
