Biden’s new press secretary and Psaki’s replacement, Karine Jean-Pierre, was caught on tape with a reporter laughing at the who was “running point” on the baby formula crisis.

Take a listen at the video below that was posted by the RNC from a recording taken of Karine Jean-Pierre laughing during her gaggle aboard Air Force One en route to Chicago, Illinois on May 11, 2022.

Psaki officially announced that she will leave the White House on May 13, 2022 and her replacement Karine Jean-Pierre has started taking over her duties. Read more on the Next News Network about Karine Jean-Pierre’s possible conflict’s of interest.

Biden released a statement when choosing her saying, “Karine not only brings the experience, talent and integrity needed for this difficult job, but she will continue to lead the way in communicating about the work of the Biden-Harris Administration on behalf of the American people. Jill and I have known and respected Karine a long time and she will be a strong voice speaking for me and this Administration.”

Reporters were asking about the baby formula shortage that has hit the United States in recent months. Abbot Nutrition was forced to recall several of it’s baby formulas because of the death of a baby and other babies getting ill after eating it.

The problem was exacerbated due to supply chain issues. We reported about this and Biden’s slow reaction to fix the issue here.
