Trump Attorney Eric Herschmann Disputes Cassidy Hutchinson Claim

Former President Donald Trump’s former attorney Eric Herschmann gave a bombshell revelation that a handwritten note that witness and Mark Meadow’s Chief-of-staff Cassidy Hutchinson claimed to have written was actually written by him.

Here’s her describing her role in the White House to the committee. She worked directly with Mark Meadows who was Trump’s Chief-of-staff. The note in question was to be released by the White House as a statement.

The news came from a spokesperson for Herschman in statement given to ABC News on Tuesday. “All sources with direct knowledge and law enforcement have and will confirm that it was written by Mr. Herschmann.”

Hershman said that he also told this fact previously to the House select committee to investigate January 6. The committee has said that it was just the witness misremembering things.

The message in question read, “Anyone who entered the Capitol without proper authority should leave immediately.” The word “illegally” was notably crossed out.

Cassidy Hutchinson testified to the House select committee and her claims were broadcast this week.

“That’s my handwriting,” said Hutchinson said to Liz Cheney and rest of the January 6 House select committee.

She continued saying that Mark Meadows handed her the pen and paper and dictated the statement to her for the president to say.

Hutchinson did say that Hershman was the one that advised to change the statement from “illegally” to “without proper authority.”

Biden Blames “Russia, Russia, Russia” For High Gas Prices

This is another blow against the testimony after it was revealed that the Secret Service was ready to testify and contradict Hutchinson’s testimony of Trump attempting to take over the vehicle and drive to the Capitol building that day.

The House committee has since says that the issue with note was just a mistaken memory by Hutchinson.

Hutchinson and Herschmann “may have differing recollections of who wrote the note,” said a spokesperson for the committee to the press. “Both White House officials believed that the president should have immediately instructed  his supporters to leave the Capitol building.”

Hutchinson told CNN that she stands by her testimony through her attorneys.

Trump posted on Truth Social about the note by saying, “Bad handwriting, that of a Whacko?”

Trump further discussed Hutchinson by posting, “The lies and fabricated stories being told to the partisan Highly Unselect Committee, not only by the phony social climber who got caught yesterday, but by many others, are a disgrace to our, in serious decline, Nation.”

He then labeled the hearing a “witch hunt!”

“No cross examination, no real Republicans, no lawyers, NO NOTHING,” the former President wrote. “Fake stories and an all Fake Narrative being produced, with ZERO pushback allowed. Unselects should be forced to disband.”

This is just another major blow in Hutchinson’s testimony. How fair would you rate her testimony on a scale from 1-5 with 5 being very accurate and 1 being made up? Let us know.

  • Interesting that Hutchinson's and Blasey Fords eyes have that same glazed, far away look. Getting off on their brief moment of fame but forever known as a sycophantic stooge and tool for the left.
