This week, Vice President Kamala Harris spoke with progressive youtuber Brian Tyler Cohen about what the White House is doing coming into the midterms. During the interview she was asked a number of questions but one noticeable moment happened when Harris made it clear that “women are getting pregnant every day in America, and this is a real issue.”
That’s a fairly obvious point and seems in line with some of the Vice President’s gaffes. Watch.
During the interview, Harris was also asked about why young people have become disenfranchised with the Biden administration. She claimed that young people need to get out and vote so that they can protect their rights.
“We all know your right to vote and the action of voting unlocks all the other rights, including same-sex marriage,” the vice president told Cohen. “Including whether we are going to stand up against a law that says “Don’t Say Gay,” restricting kindergarten through third grade teachers to be able to love openly and teach what they believe is important for people to understand.”
She then went after other Republican leaders like Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and Texas Governor Greg Abbott about their states began limiting abortion after the Supreme Court overruled Roe v. Wade.
“We have governors from Florida to Texas and other states who are approaching this from an extremist position, that is definitely about attacking the rights of women to make decisions about their own body,” she said.

However, Harris doused the flames of plans to expand the Supreme Court to make it more liberal. She said that she was looking for measures that were more grounded in “reality.”
“I think what we’ve got to do right now is deal with what we’ve got in front of us, and the reality is that we don’t even have the votes in the United States Senate to codify Roe,” Harris said.
“The president has been clear that expansion of the court is not something that’s on the table, so let’s focus right now on what we need to do around winning this election with pro-choice, you know, people,” continued Harris.
Recently, Kamala Harris spoke at the American Rescue Plan Workforce Development Summit in Washington, D.C. Appearing alongside her were Secretary of Labor Marty Walsh, NC Governor Roy Cooper and Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf and other leaders from across the country.
Part of Harris’s speech was to discuss how people need transportation to be able to get to work. Here’s where she got into trouble, saying, “Together, we are expanding access to transportation. It seems like maybe it’s a small issue; it’s a big issue. You need to get to go and need to be able to get where you need to go to do the work and get home.”
Kamala Harris Embarrasses Herself and This Country Again With Her Word Salads
Kamala Harris is Mrs. Captain Obvious. We all know that women are getting pregnant everyday. We didn’t really need her to tell us. She often sounds like she is talking to a 5-year-old when speaking, but is that because she is talking to liberals? Let us know your thoughts.
