Democrat Rep Cory Bush Refuses To Support Biden’s Reelection

Democrat Socialist member of the “Squad” Rep. Cory Bush refused to endorse President Joe Biden for the 2024 presidential election.

A reporter confronted Bush on her way out of her Campaign Headquarters as she heading to a fundraiser.

The reporter asked the Congresswoman, “Do you want to see Joe Biden run for a second term?”

One of Bush’s staffers then jumped in, hoping to stem the conversation before she could voice her opinion by telling the reporter, “She’s got to go.”

The reporter persisted in the questioning, ignoring the staffer and telling Bush, “That’s an easy question, it’s not going to take long, do you want to see Joe Biden run.”

“I don’t want to answer that question,” declared the Socialist Democrat.

She then tried to cover for her statement by adding, “He’s the president. He has the right to run for a second term.”

The refusal to endorse the incumbent Democrat comes just a month after her fellow “Squad” member and Socialist Democrat AOC teased her own potential 2024 run last month.

Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez interviewed with Stephen Colbert in June when he brought up the fact that she will turn 35, the legal age to be President, before the 2024 election, meaning she can legally run.

Colbert asked, “Is that job appealing to you at all?”

Instead of denying her interest in campaigning or defending President Biden’s incumbency, the socialist from New York told the comedian, “We need to focus on keeping a democracy for anybody to be president in the next couple of years. That’s my central focus is helping the people of this country right now.”

He pushed her even harder on the issue, finally getting her to break down and say, “I don’t know about all that…you’re trying to get me in trouble, I don’t know about all that.”

The timing of the two squad members statements couldn’t come at a more perfect time as Biden’s poll numbers continue to fall. Do you think AOC will primary the president in 2024? Can she win?
