China Ships Troops And Tanks To Russia

On Tuesday, the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) announced that they are sending troops and military equipment to the 2022 International Army Games in Russia. They transporting tanks and troops via train to the military games despite the ongoing conflict in the Ukraine and China’s strategic indifference to the conflict.

Russian media has labeled it a “contest for real men.”

They left from the port of Manzhouli on the China-Russia border and are heading to the competition of “Masters of Armored Vehicles” and “Tank Biathlon” in IAG Russia, according to China Military.

The Russian Ministry of Defense says that 275 teams representing 37 nations are taking part in the games which begin next month. There are 36 contests planned in 12 countries. China is hosting three contests named the “Suvorov Attack” for practicing infantry versus vehicle missions, the “Safe Route” contest focusing on engineering corps readiness, and the “Sea Cup” contests for naval frigates. Venezuela will be hosting a sniper competition.

The following countries are also taking part in the games: India, Kazakhstan, Iran, Azerbaijan, Venezuela, Uzbekistan, and Armenia. According to Daily Mail, Niger and Rwanda are joining the games, which have been called the “War Olympics.”

China has not given any direct military support to Russia yet during their invasion of Ukraine, but has also not publicly gone against the invasion as well.

In March, Russia allegedly asked China for military supplies, but President Joe Biden put the kibosh on that and threatened consequences if they provided support to Russia.

There are concerns that China could imitate what Russia did in Ukraine with Taiwan. China has repeatedly claimed the island nation as their own despite the fact that it is self-governed.

Taiwan recently held their yearly “Han Kuang” exercises featuring 20 warships that practiced repelling an invading force from China.

Sen. Kennedy: Bidenflation “Cancer On The American Dream”

Biden’s weak leadership has driven our adversaries of Russia and China closer together and without much response from us. We should be showing strength and resolve around the world and instead we are letting our enemies practice their military tactics in a show of force against us. Do you think these sort of actions would have happened without consequence while Trump was President? Likely not.
