According to the Western Journal, on Monday, Joe Biden’s chief medical advisor, Dr. Anthony Fauci, clarified the current status of the pandemic.
The virus is unlikely to be eradicated, Fauci said during a conversation with the Center for Strategic and International Studies.
Fauci, who is the NIH director and Biden’s medical adviser, announced in August he would step down from both roles in December.
Fauci’s comments come after, as we previously reported, Joe Biden told CBS’s ‘60 Minutes’ that the pandemic is “over,” noting the return of large events and a lack of masking and other public health measures.
