Kamala Announces Border Visit But She’s about 6000 miles off

This week, Vice President Kamala Harris will visit a contentious border spot in another country.

The Daily Wire writes, on Thursday, Harris will visit the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) between North Korea and South Korea to tour sites, meet with service members, and receive an operational briefing from U.S. commanders, the White House said.

Harris’ trip to the Korean border coincides with the administration’s intensifying backlash over its own border crisis. Since being named border czar in March 2021, the vice president has been criticized for seemingly ignoring the crisis.

Just yesterday, we reported that over the past three years, the U.S. Border Patrol has encountered three times as many illegal aliens at the U.S.-Mexico border as under former President Donald Trump.

During Biden’s presidency, US Border Patrol (USBP) and Office of Field Operations (OFO) recorded approximately 189,000 encounters per month, compared to just under 51,000 during Trump’s.

This all comes as we previously reported earlier this month that Harris claimed that the border was “secure.”
