Crowd GOES WILD When Desantis Shows Up, Drops 3 AMAZING WORDS Then He Tosses Something into the Air

On Friday, just days after Hurricane Ian devastated the area, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) performed the opening coin toss at a local high school football game.

According to Breitbart, at their home stadium, Naples High School took on Barron Collier High School on Friday evening. Applause and cheers erupted as Gov. Ron DeSantis walked towards the center of the field to perform the coin toss.

In Florida’s Collier County, schools reopened on Thursday, eight days after the storm caused record flooding, power outages, and catastrophic damage.

DeSantis briefly addressed the crowd after the stadium held a moment of silence for the lives lost to Hurricane Ian. He previously called Hurricane Ian a “500-year flood event.”

Southwest Floridians’ resilience was demonstrated by the Friday night game, said DeSantis.

A navy seal coin was used for the coin toss in honor of DeSantis’ service in Iraq as a Navy JAG lawyer.
