Instead of Fixing Border Crisis, Dems Just Turned around and Made This Unforgivable Move

Republican governors who have sent thousands of migrants to the nation’s capital and other Democratic-led cities in recent months will be investigated by D.C. Democrat Attorney General Karl Racine.

Townhall writes, according to Racine’s office, his office is investigating whether trip organizers misled immigrants before they boarded buses bound for Dem-led cities.

Texas Governor GReg Abbott is pushing back against the investigation, with his press secretary, Renae Eze, deying that any trickery has been involved in Texas’ migrant transportation program, which has now sent 8,200 people to Washington on over 195 buses, 3,200 to New York City on over 60 buses and 920 to Chicago on over 15 buses.

“These Democrat elites in our nation’s capital know nothing about Texas’ busing operations. These migrants willingly chose to go to Washington, D.C., having signed a voluntary consent waiver available in multiple languages upon boarding that they agreed on the destination. And they were processed and released by the federal government, who dumped them in small Texas border towns,” Abbott’s press secretary said in a statement.

After illegal immigrants began arriving in sanctuary cities, Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot (D) began sending them to towns outside the city without notifying officials.

As we previously reported, Lightfoot slammed the Texas Governor GReg Abott for directing migrants to Chicago, calling him immoral.

As for the east coast, Washington, D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser (D) said the nation’s capital is not a border town and doesn’t have the “infrastructure” to handle the migrants.

And NY City Mayor Eric Adams declared a state of emergency following the bussing of thousands of migrants to his city.
