Hollywood HORRIFIED when Chris Pratt, Netflix CEO Announce SHOCKING Political Endorsements

In contrast to other Hollywood elites who support Karen Bass (D) for Los Angeles mayor, Netflix co-CEO Ted Sarandos endorsed Rick Caruso (D).

According to Breitbart, Ted Sarandos recently revealed his support for Rick Caruso, a billionaire real estate investor and former Republican who has been running for office as a tough-on-crime candidate, in an online ad featured in The Hollywood Reporter.

In the letter penned to his “Los Angeles friends,” the streaming platform’s CEO writes, “The entire Machine of the Democratic Party has aligned for a candidate that is part of the very system that is failing this city. They are wrong. I am choosing to ignore the endorsements of the club members for a club member and vote for better leadership. I encourage you to do the same.”

Sarandos cited several issues motivating his decision to back Caruso: rampant homelessness, skyrocketing crime, shrinking law enforcement, and city corruption. He also described Caruso as “the Democrat I’ve been waiting for, one with a plan and a track record of accomplishing impossible tasks in California and Los Angeles.”

“The city is at an inflection point. This election is the most important in memory,” Sarandos wrote.

Most of left-wing Hollywood has aligned almost unanimously behind far-left Rep. Karen Bass who has won the endorsements of Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders.

However, like Netflix CEO Sandos, one Hollywood star has also chosen to endorse Rick Caruso.

The Daily Wire reports that Actor Chirs Pratt endorsed Caruso over the weekend, writing in a social media post, “I’ve lived in LA for over 20 years. It’s been great to me. In that time I’ve seen what many residents here have seen, the city’s gradual decline into pain and utter disarray. If you live here, you know exactly what I’m talking about. I don’t normally support political candidates. But in this election, there’s too much to lose.I f you’re an LA voter, I urge you to vote for @rickcarusola. He’s a builder. He knows how to get s**t done. He’s the guy for our city. Rick Caruso for LA Mayor.

As we previously reported, Caruso has also been endorsed by many other high-profile figure including Elon Musk, Kim Kardashian, and Snoop Dogg.

The political landscape of Los Angeles took a surprising turn when Netflix co-CEO Ted Sarandos and Actor Chris Pratt both endorsed Rick Caruso (D) for mayor. In contrast to other Hollywood elites who support Karen Bass (D), Sarandos and Pratt’s endorsement of Caruso is a shocking move. Caruso is a former Republican who has been running for office as a tough-on-crime candidate. Los Angeles is in ruins due to soft-on-crime policies rolled out by the far left, but Caruso promises to restore safety and law and order to the city . With the backing of Sarandos, Pratt, Kim Kardashian and Snoop Dogg, it seems that Caruso just might have what it takes to win the election over Bass and restore Los Angeles to its former glory.
