AOC Humiliated when Everyone in Times Square Looked Up and Saw Her on a Billboard

New York representative Alexandria Ocasio Cortez has been in the news recently for the scandal surrounding her Met Gala appearance, but now she’s making headlines again for her role in killing tens of thousands of potential jobs for her own district. Now, one organization is calling her out on the move with a humiliating public display.

In Times Square, the Job Creators Network (JCN) is hammering Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) with a massive billboard, as she continues to brag about her role in deterring Amazon from building its second headquarters in Queens, New York, which would have brought some 25,000 new jobs to parts of her district.

The billboard features AOC posing wearing the infamous “Tax the Rich” dress that she wore to the Met Gala with the message, “Hey AOC, There You Go Again…Your District Loses Thousands of Jobs and You Take a Victory Lap?”

In a statement regarding the billboard, Alfredo Ortiz, JCN President and CEO, said, “If Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez spent as much time worrying about creating jobs versus killing them, the U.S. economy would be in a lot better shape than it is today. Her recent victory lap over killing thousands of good paying jobs in New York City is only the latest example of her economic ineptitude.”

AOC has taken fire from all sides lately, including from Shark Tank star and entrepreneur Kevin O’Leary, who said last week that many blue states are “uninvestable” and Ocasio Cortez is great at killing jobs.

Cortez hit Twitter this week to further champion news that Amazon has paused construction on a headquarters near Washington.

She tweeted, “When I opposed this Amazon project coming to New York because it was a scam of public funds, the whole power establishment came after us. Billboards went up in Times Sq denouncing me. Powerful pols promised revenge. Op-Eds & CEOs insulted my intelligence. In the end, we were right.”

In another tweet, she added, “I know I’ll never get an apology for that time, but it was worth it. We protected NYers from a scam deal to drain public dollars from schools & infrastructure in exchange for empty promises of “Amazon jobs” with 0 guarantees or guardrails. Sadly, cities who took it are suffering.”

It only seems fitting that Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s job killing ways have been put on display in a major way with a billboard in the center of New York City’s Times Square. This move by Job Creators Network (JCN) was an effort to call out her shameful reputation and show just how much Democrats disregard the actual needs of Americans. For all those in her district who had the chance to find meaningful employment through the Amazon project, many of them now know that the job killer AOC stood against them for political acclaim.
