In a shocking turn of events, Vice President Kamala Harris delivered a commencement address at the historic West Point military academy, a role typically reserved for the President of the United States. Why was Joe Biden unable to attend? Is he too frail to stand among the cadets for hours on end? These questions beg to be answered.
But the real issue at hand is Harris’ speech itself. In her address, Harris rambled on about the so-called “global threats of terrorism” and the “accelerating climate crisis,” asserting that America must take a leadership role in combating these challenges. She even had the audacity to claim that the “climate crisis” will be the “biggest challenges the military will face during their careers.”
What a joke. The military has been facing far more serious and immediate threats for years, from terrorism to cyber attacks to physical warfare. It’s clear that Harris is pushing a liberal agenda and pandering to the leftist elites who have been pushing the hoax of “climate change” for decades.
We cannot allow our military to be weak and ineffective in the face of real threats. Harris’s speech is nothing more than propaganda, aimed at furthering the Democrats’ radical agenda and weakening our national security.
It’s time for real leadership in the White House, for a President who is strong enough to stand with our military and defend our nation from all threats. We deserve better than Harris’s naïve and dangerous rhetoric.
