In what may be the most unhinged take yet from the radical left, Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) went on ABC's 'The View' Tuesday to compare President Donald Trump—who won a decisive electoral victory in 2024—to recently captured Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro.
The Texas Democrat claimed both leaders attempted to seize "illegitimate" power, but suggested Maduro was more "successful" than Trump. Let that sink in, Patriots. A sitting U.S. congresswoman is praising a brutal dictator's tactics while attacking our democratically elected president.
"Trump doesn't really believe in free and fair [elections]," Crockett claimed during her appearance, apparently forgetting that Trump just won the 2024 election fair and square after Democrats spent four years weaponizing the justice system against him.
"Everyone's favorite ghetto congresswoman, Jasmine Crockett compares Trump to REAL dictator Maduro, saying that he was trying to rig the election in 2020. She was projecting a bit. We know who really rigged the election..."
Social media commentator Devory Darkins perfectly captured the absurdity, pointing out the obvious projection from Crockett. After all, which party spent 2020 changing election laws at the last minute and suppressing the Hunter Biden laptop story?
The timing of Crockett's comments is particularly tone-deaf, coming as the Trump administration has successfully orchestrated operations that led to Maduro's capture—something the Biden regime failed to accomplish in four years of weakness on the world stage.
Fox News highlighted how Crockett even criticized the U.S. operation that captured the actual dictator, showing where her loyalties truly lie. When Democrats are more upset about capturing foreign dictators than they are about defending American sovereignty, you know how far they've fallen.
This is the same party that called Trump a "threat to democracy" while they weaponized federal agencies, censored Americans on social media, and tried to keep their political opponent off ballots. The projection is staggering.
How can any rational American take seriously a party that compares our legitimately elected president to foreign dictators while defending the very tyrants our military captures?
