LIBEL LAWSUIT INCOMING? Hillary Clinton FALSELY Claims Trump 'Urged Attack on Congress' on J6 Anniversary

On the fifth anniversary of January 6th, failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton decided to remind America why she's been relegated to the political dustbin by spreading outright lies about President Trump's actions that day.

Clinton falsely claimed on Tuesday that Trump "urged his supporters to attack Congress and the Capitol" on January 6, 2021 – a statement so demonstrably false it could land her in serious legal hot water for libel.

The facts are clear: President Trump explicitly told his supporters to march "peacefully and patriotically" to the Capitol. He never urged anyone to attack Congress or commit violence. Yet here's Crooked Hillary, five years later, still pushing the same debunked narrative that even mainstream media outlets have been forced to walk back.

Patriots Fire Back on Social Media

Trump supporters weren't having any of Clinton's lies. Social media erupted with pushback against her false claims.

"Nasty Corrupt Treasonous Liar @HillaryClinton Libels @realDonaldTrump with False Claim He 'Urged Supporters to Attack Congress' on January 6," posted @GJPalys, echoing the sentiments of millions of Americans tired of Clinton's continued dishonesty.

The timing of Clinton's lies is particularly telling. As President Trump begins his second term with massive popular support and a mandate for change, desperate Democrats like Hillary are doubling down on the same failed narratives that cost them the 2024 election.

Legal Consequences Looming?

Legal experts suggest Clinton's demonstrably false statements could constitute libel, especially given her prominent public platform and the malicious nature of her claims. With Trump now back in the White House and his legal team freed from the constraints of endless politically-motivated prosecutions, Clinton may have just painted a target on her back.

As one social media user noted, critics only seem to care about presidential war powers and constitutional concerns "when Trump does" something – highlighting the blatant double standard that patriots have endured for years.

The question remains: Will President Trump's legal team pursue action against Clinton for her latest round of lies? After years of lawfare against Trump, many Americans believe it's time for accountability to flow in the other direction.

She's been getting away with spreading falsehoods for decades. About time there were consequences!

The double standard is incredible. If any conservative made false statements like this, they'd be sued into oblivion.

Sue her! Make her prove these claims in court where actual evidence matters, not just political spin.

The fact that she can make these claims on national TV with zero pushback from the interviewer tells you everything about media bias.

The real question is whether Trump's legal team will actually follow through with a libel suit. They've threatened before but need to start making examples.

I was there that day as a peaceful protester and left before anything got out of hand. The media narrative about that day has been completely twisted from the start.

Finally someone might hold her accountable for these outright lies! Trump never urged an attack - anyone who actually watched his speech knows he called for peaceful protest.

Exactly! He literally said 'peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard' but they conveniently ignore that part.

Hillary just can't let 2016 go, can she? Now she's trying to rewrite history about J6 too.
