In a stunning betrayal of conservative principles and the Trump agenda, 17 Republican lawmakers joined with Democrats on Tuesday to extend Affordable Care Act subsidies for another three years, sending the legislation to the Senate despite GOP leadership opposition.

The vote exposes deep fractures within the Republican Party, as these RINOs chose to prop up Obama's failing healthcare scheme instead of supporting President Trump's promise to finally dismantle the disaster known as Obamacare. Even worse, four Republicans initially helped Democrats circumvent normal procedures by signing a discharge petition to force the vote.

Social media erupted with criticism of the Republican defectors.

"GOP divisions on display as House votes to extend Obamacare subsidies,"
posted @kalltucker, highlighting how these RINOs are fracturing party unity at the worst possible time.

Another user, @tracysolomon, reported that

"House votes to revive Obamacare funds as senators plot a scaled-back bill,"
suggesting Senate Democrats are already scheming to expand this government overreach even further.

America First Agenda Under Attack

This vote couldn't come at a worse time for President Trump, who campaigned on dismantling Obamacare and replacing it with market-based solutions that put American families first. Instead of supporting the President's vision for healthcare freedom, these 17 Republicans chose to side with Nancy Pelosi's big government agenda.

The betrayal was celebrated by leftists on social media, with @FiberOptic87 gloating that

"Common sense finally ruled the day in #Congress House votes to extend #healthcare subsidies in defiance of #GOP leaders."
When Democrats are celebrating your vote, you know you've betrayed conservative principles.

Patriots deserve to know which Republicans sold them out. These subsidies represent everything wrong with Washington - more government spending, more bureaucratic control over healthcare, and more dependence on federal handouts instead of free market solutions.

Will Senate Republicans stand firm against this Obamacare bailout, or will more RINOs emerge to undermine President Trump's America First agenda? The American people are watching, and they won't forget which politicians stood with them versus which ones stood with the swamp.

My family's premiums have gone through the roof since Obamacare started. We're paying $1,400 a month for coverage that's worse than what we had before. Why are Republicans helping to keep this disaster alive?

Does anyone have the full list of the 17 who voted for this? I want to make sure none of them get my vote or donations ever again. We need real conservatives who will actually fight for limited government and free market healthcare solutions.

Check the House clerk's website - they should have the full roll call vote posted. I'm keeping a spreadsheet of all these votes to share with my local GOP committee.

This is exactly why we need to primary every single one of these RINOs in 2024. They campaigned on repealing Obamacare and then they turn around and extend the subsidies? Absolutely disgusting betrayal of conservative voters.

Couldn't agree more Mike. I'm so tired of these establishment Republicans who talk conservative during election season then vote with Democrats when it matters.
