The swamp creatures are at it again. Senator Thom Tillis (R-NC) launched a disgraceful attack on President Trump's bold Greenland strategy Wednesday, proving that some Republicans are more interested in protecting the failed status quo than supporting America First policies.
Speaking on CNN's "The Lead" - because of course he went to the fake news media - Tillis called White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller's comments about Greenland becoming U.S. territory "unacceptable." But it gets worse, Patriots.
Taking to the Senate floor like some kind of resistance Democrat, Tillis launched into a full-scale assault on Trump's leadership. "Amateur hour is over. You don't speak on behalf of this U.S. senator or the Congress," Tillis declared, as reported by journalist Andrew Desiderio on social media.
The North Carolina senator didn't stop there. He specifically targeted Miller, dismissing the deputy chief of staff's strategic vision as "something a deputy chief of staff thought was a cute thing to say on TV." CNN's Kellie Meyer noted that Tillis called Miller's remarks "amateurish" and "absurd."
"GOP Sen. Thom Tillis strongly criticized White House deputy chief of staff Stephen Miller's recent comments suggesting the US should take control of Greenland, calling the remarks 'amateurish' and 'absurd'" - CNN's Kellie Meyer
This is exactly the kind of establishment thinking that has weakened America for decades. While Trump envisions bold moves to secure American interests and strategic resources, swamp dwellers like Tillis clutch their pearls and run to CNN to voice their concerns.
Greenland represents massive strategic value - rare earth minerals, military positioning, and energy resources that could fuel American dominance for generations. But apparently Tillis would rather maintain the failed diplomatic niceties that have allowed China and other adversaries to gain ground globally.
The real question Patriots need to ask: Why is a Republican senator more interested in attacking President Trump than supporting American strategic interests? Tillis just showed us exactly why the MAGA movement exists - to drain the swamp of politicians who put establishment comfort over America First results.
