EXPOSED: Deep State Lawyer Jack Smith Opens Shop with Jan 6 Prosecutors - Weaponized DOJ Goes Private

The weaponized Deep State is going private. Failed special counsel Jack Smith - the man who tried and failed to railroad President Trump with bogus prosecutions - has opened a new law firm with the very same corrupt prosecutors who spent years targeting Trump and January 6th political prisoners.

Smith's new venture, "Heaphy, Smith, Harbach, & Windom," reads like a who's who of DOJ swamp creatures who turned America's justice system into a political weapon. The firm will focus on "investigations and white-collar crime" - which is rich coming from lawyers who spent the last few years conducting Soviet-style show trials against Patriots.

Think about the breathtaking audacity here, folks. These are the same people who:

  • Conducted unconstitutional raids on President Trump's home
  • Threw grandmothers in prison for walking through the Capitol
  • Buried evidence that could have exonerated January 6th defendants
  • Weaponized the justice system for pure political persecution

Now they want to make millions defending the very type of white-collar criminals they should have been prosecuting instead of wasting taxpayer dollars on their Trump witch hunt.

The Swamp Always Takes Care of Its Own

While January 6th political prisoners rot in jail cells - many still awaiting the pardons President Trump promised - Jack Smith and his merry band of constitutional vandals are cashing in on their government "service." They're probably already lining up clients from Big Tech, Big Pharma, and other corporate cronies who need lawyers willing to play dirty.

This is exactly why Americans voted for President Trump's return to the White House. The two-tiered justice system that protected Hunter Biden while persecuting Trump supporters isn't going away - it's just going private.

The real question is: will any of these Deep State operatives face accountability for their years of constitutional violations? Or will they be allowed to profit from their corruption while their victims remain behind bars?

Patriots deserve better than a justice system where the prosecutors become the profiteers.

UNBELIEVABLE! These people have no shame whatsoever.

Jack Smith should be investigated himself instead of setting up shop to continue his witch hunt. The corruption runs deep.

This is exactly what we've been warning about - the revolving door between government persecution and private profit. They weaponized the DOJ against Trump and now they're cashing in!

Follow the money trail. It's always been about power and profit for these swamp creatures.

Does anyone know what kind of cases they're planning to take on? Are they going after more conservatives or is this just about making money off their government connections?

They'll probably go after anyone who questions the 2020 election. It's all connected.

Good question. I'd bet they're positioning themselves to take on any Trump-related litigation that comes up.

My brother is a lawyer and he says this kind of thing happens all the time - prosecutors leave government and immediately start making bank off their insider knowledge. It should be illegal with a mandatory cooling off period.
