The truth is finally coming out about the Portland shooting that had liberal politicians and their media allies crying crocodile tears. Federal prosecutors have charged Venezuelan illegal immigrant Luis Nino-Moncada with aggravated assault on a federal officer after he repeatedly rammed his pickup truck into a Border Patrol vehicle during his arrest last Thursday.

An unsealed affidavit and criminal complaint completely demolish the fake news narrative that painted this violent criminal as an innocent 'neighbor' and victim of federal overreach. Remember when Portland Police Bureau Chief Bob Day literally wept during a press conference, claiming these were just community members being targeted?

The Department of Justice isn't buying the sob story. As @LivesandLores reported on social media: "The Department of Justice has charged Luis Nino-Moncada, a Venezuelan illegal immigrant shot by Border Patrol in Portland, with aggravated assault on a federal officer. Prosecutors say he intentionally rammed a Border Patrol vehicle during arrest."

The Washington Times also confirmed the federal charges, noting that prosecutors say Nino-Moncada "repeatedly rammed his pickup truck into a government rental car, forcing officers to react." This wasn't some peaceful family man going about his business – this was a violent assault on federal law enforcement officers.

"Federal prosecutors have charged one of the illegal immigrants shot by Border Patrol in Oregon last week with assaulting a federal officer, saying he repeatedly rammed his pickup truck into a government rental car, forcing officers to react." - The Washington Times

Oregon's Democrat politicians and their allies in the mainstream media immediately jumped to conclusions, painting Border Patrol agents as the aggressors and demanding investigations. They pushed the narrative of innocent "married couples" being terrorized by "ICE violence" – all while the real facts told a completely different story.

The Real Story Emerges

This is exactly why President Trump's mass deportation operation is so necessary. We're not talking about law-abiding community members here – we're talking about individuals who will violently resist lawful arrest and endanger the lives of federal agents trying to do their jobs.

How many more times will we watch liberal politicians shed fake tears for criminals while demonizing the brave men and women enforcing our immigration laws? The American people deserve better than this propaganda masquerading as news.

Portland continues to prioritize criminals over law-abiding citizens and our brave officers. This is madness!

This is exactly why we need stronger border security! How many more incidents like this need to happen before our leaders wake up?

Completely agree. Our Border Patrol agents risk their lives daily and deserve better support.

So the chief is weeping over someone who REPEATEDLY attacked federal agents? Where's the concern for our officers who could have been seriously injured or killed?

I worked in law enforcement for 25 years and this kind of response from leadership is demoralizing to the rank and file. Actions have consequences regardless of immigration status.
