Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey is throwing a tantrum worthy of a toddler after the Trump administration's Department of Justice launched a federal investigation into the fatal shooting of Renee Good, with federal agents now focusing on Good's wife as part of the probe.
In a whining appearance on CNN's "The Lead" Tuesday, the same mayor who let his city burn during the 2020 BLM riots had the audacity to call the federal investigation "monstrous." This is rich coming from a politician who stood by while Minneapolis became a war zone under his watch.
But Frey's meltdown doesn't stop there. The unhinged mayor reportedly used profanity when discussing federal agents, prompting social media users to call out his hypocrisy. One Twitter user pointed out the left's double standards, noting "The same people who criticize Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey for his use of the 'F' are most likely the same people who had no problem with Trump saying you can grab women by the Pu..y."
Patriots on social media aren't buying Frey's victimhood narrative. One user blasted the mayor's unprofessional conduct: "How dare he exploits this to his own advantage; how dare he openly criticize s an fbi agent for doing his job without all the facts required now for this so called investigation. How can you back a mayor who says get the fu@@ out of our town."
The situation gets even more suspicious when you dig deeper. Social media users are asking the hard questions mainstream media won't touch, with one noting: "The Mayor Frey had to be investigated too! Also why three Minnesota Prosecutors resigned using ICE & Good! Which seems really far fetched after all only one week passed & investigation going on!"
This is exactly what President Trump promised - no more coddling corrupt local officials who think they're above federal law. After four years of the Biden regime turning a blind eye to Democrat-run cities, the Trump-Vance administration is bringing real accountability back to America.
Why is Mayor Frey so terrified of a legitimate federal investigation? What doesn't he want Americans to discover about what really happened in Minneapolis?
