In a massive victory for academic freedom and conservative values, Florida has officially terminated the radical American Bar Association's decades-long stranglehold over the state's law schools, delivering a devastating blow to the woke legal establishment's grip on future lawyers.

The Florida Supreme Court issued a nine-page order Thursday amending the state's bar admissions rule to completely eliminate its reliance on ABA accreditation—joining Texas in what's becoming a nationwide rebellion against the left-wing organization's ideological tyranny over legal education.

This is exactly the kind of bold action patriots have been demanding. For too long, the ABA has operated as an unelected gatekeeper, forcing law schools to bow down to their radical agenda or face extinction. No more.

The ABA's Woke Agenda EXPOSED

The American Bar Association has transformed from a professional organization into a full-blown leftist activist group, pushing everything from critical race theory to anti-constitutional propaganda through America's law schools. They've weaponized accreditation to force schools into compliance with their radical diversity mandates and woke indoctrination programs.

Florida's decision follows Texas's groundbreaking move to break free from ABA control, signaling that red states are finally fighting back against this institutional capture of our legal system.

"This is about restoring constitutional principles to legal education and ending the left's monopolistic control over who gets to practice law in America," said one legal analyst.

Under the Trump-Vance administration's America First agenda, we're seeing states reclaim their sovereignty from unelected bureaucrats and activist organizations. This move perfectly aligns with the administration's broader effort to dismantle the administrative state and return power to the people.

What This Means for Patriots

This historic decision opens the door for truly conservative law schools to emerge—institutions that will teach constitutional law as the Founders intended, not through the warped lens of leftist ideology. Future lawyers will finally be trained to defend our Constitution, not tear it down.

Will other red states follow Florida and Texas in breaking the ABA's monopolistic grip? The legal establishment is panicking, and that's exactly how we know this is working.

Can someone explain what specific changes Florida is making? Are they creating their own accreditation system or just removing ABA requirements for state bar admission?

From what I read, they're allowing non-ABA accredited schools to have their graduates sit for the Florida bar exam. Huge step forward!

DeSantis continues to deliver! This is exactly why we need strong conservative leadership willing to take on these corrupt institutions.

FINALLY! As someone who went through law school in the 90s, I can tell you the ABA has been pushing leftist ideology for decades. My nephew is in law school now and tells me horror stories about mandatory 'diversity training' and professors who openly mock conservative legal principles.

Same experience here. The indoctrination starts day one and never stops.

About time someone stood up to these woke gatekeepers who've been destroying our legal profession from within.
