House Democratic Caucus Chair Rep. Pete Aguilar (D-CA) let the mask slip on Friday, revealing the Democrat Party's real agenda to sabotage President Trump's mass deportation operation by claiming Immigration and Customs Enforcement has "too much money from our perspective."
Speaking on CNN's "News Central," Aguilar tried to have it both ways – claiming he doesn't want to abolish ICE while simultaneously arguing the agency is overfunded. The California Democrat also defended his radical colleagues calling for ICE's complete elimination, saying they're just "reflecting what they are hearing" from their constituents.
This stunning admission comes at the worst possible time for Democrats, as President Trump has made mass deportation of illegal immigrants his top priority in his second term. With Republicans controlling both chambers of Congress, Trump's administration is poised to give ICE the resources and authority it needs to restore order to our southern border.
"We don't want to abolish ICE, but the agency does have too much money from our perspective," Aguilar said, revealing the Democrat strategy to starve border enforcement of critical funding.
Patriots, this is exactly why the American people rejected the Democrat agenda in November. While families across the country suffer from the crime, drugs, and economic burden caused by Biden's open border disaster, Democrats are still more concerned about protecting illegal aliens than protecting American citizens.
Aguilar's comments expose the fundamental divide in Washington. Trump and his team – including DHS Secretary Kristi Noem – are working around the clock to secure our border and remove criminal aliens. Meanwhile, Democrats are already plotting to defund the very agencies responsible for enforcing our immigration laws.
The timing couldn't be more revealing. As Trump prepares to launch the largest deportation operation in American history, House Democrats are telegraphing their intention to obstruct and underfund these critical efforts. They may claim they don't want to "abolish" ICE, but cutting funding achieves the same goal through the back door.
How can Americans trust Democrats to support border security when their own leadership admits they want to defund the agents risking their lives to protect us? The choice has never been clearer – Trump's America First agenda versus the Democrats' open borders extremism.
