The deep state assault on President Trump's immigration enforcement agenda has reached a new low. U.S. District Judge Katherine Menendez, a Biden nominee who clearly never met a leftist cause she didn't like, just issued sweeping restrictions on how federal immigration agents can operate in Minneapolis.
Her 83-page judicial tantrum perfectly demonstrates how the radical left weaponizes language to protect criminals and undermine the rule of law. According to this activist judge, obstruction of federal law enforcement operations magically becomes "peaceful protest" when it's done by liberal activists.
Let's be crystal clear about what's really happening here, Patriots. When immigration enforcement officers are trying to do their jobs – the jobs President Trump was elected to have them do – and leftist agitators physically interfere with arrests, block vehicles, or create chaos, that's not "peaceful protest." That's obstruction of justice, plain and simple.
The Deep State Strikes Back
This ruling comes as no surprise to anyone who's been paying attention. The same forces that tried to sabotage Trump's first term are now desperately scrambling to protect their precious "sanctuary" policies. Judge Menendez's order is nothing more than judicial activism designed to hamstring ICE agents and protect illegal aliens from deportation.
"The Biden regime spent four years turning our immigration system into a joke, and now their judicial appointees are trying to make it impossible for President Trump to clean up the mess."
What's particularly galling is how this judge twists the English language to benefit lawbreakers. Since when does physically interfering with federal law enforcement qualify as "peaceful" anything? Would she apply the same standard if protesters blocked FBI agents making arrests? Of course not.
This is exactly the kind of deep state resistance that everyday Americans voted to end in November. We elected Trump to secure our borders and enforce our immigration laws, not to play patty-cake with radical judges who think they can rewrite federal law from the bench.
The real question is: How long will the American people tolerate judges who put the interests of illegal aliens above the safety and sovereignty of our nation?
