Leave it to a radical Democrat to turn President Trump's brilliant strategic thinking into a national security "threat." Rep. Gregory Meeks (D-NY) went on MSNBC Monday night to attack Trump's push for American control of Greenland, proving once again that the left would rather bash Trump than support America's interests.

Speaking on "The Weeknight," Meeks had the audacity to claim that Trump's Greenland initiative "threatens our national security." This is the same party that handed Afghanistan to the Taliban and let China run wild across the globe for four years under Biden's disastrous leadership.

Let's get something straight, folks: Trump's interest in Greenland isn't some wild fantasy—it's strategic genius. The island sits at a critical position in the Arctic, rich with rare earth minerals and serving as a key military position against both China and Russia. While Democrats were busy weakening America for four years, our adversaries were eyeing these exact strategic assets.

The Real Threat to National Security

What actually threatens our national security? How about Biden's botched Afghanistan withdrawal that killed 13 American servicemembers? Or maybe the wide-open southern border that Meeks and his Democrat colleagues defended for years? The same people who called the border wall "racist" now want to lecture us about security threats?

"Democrats spent four years making America weaker while China and Russia grew stronger. Now they're attacking Trump for thinking big about American interests."

Trump understands what Meeks and the Democrats refuse to acknowledge: America needs to think strategically about the future. Greenland represents economic opportunity, military positioning, and resource security that could benefit Americans for generations. But instead of supporting American strength, Democrats default to their tired playbook of attacking everything Trump does.

The American people didn't give Trump and Republicans control of government so we could play small ball. They voted for the America First agenda that puts our national interests ahead of globalist hand-wringing and Democrat pearl-clutching.

While Meeks cries about imaginary threats, Trump is already making America stronger and more secure. Isn't it time Democrats started putting America first instead of Trump Derangement Syndrome?

Greenland has massive strategic value - rare earth minerals, Arctic shipping routes, military positioning. Trump sees the big picture while Dems play politics.

The same people who gave us the Afghanistan disaster are lecturing Trump about national security? Give me a break.

Can someone explain why Denmark even needs Greenland? They barely invest in it and the people there want more autonomy anyway.

Denmark uses it mainly for EU territorial claims in the Arctic. They don't really develop it much.

Democrats oppose everything Trump does on principle. If he said the sky was blue, they'd claim it threatens democracy somehow.

DELUSIONAL is right! These people have completely lost touch with reality.

These Democrats will literally call ANYTHING Trump does a threat to national security. How is securing strategic territory for America a bad thing?

Exactly! They'd rather China or Russia expand their influence than see Trump succeed.

My grandfather served in WWII and always said controlling strategic territories was key to national defense. Trump gets it.

The only thing threatening national security is letting our adversaries gain footholds in the Arctic while we do nothing.

100% this! China and Russia are already making moves up there.
