DESPERATE: Obama's Former AG Eric Holder Claims Trump's America Is 'Resegregating' on MLK Day

Barack Obama's scandal-plagued former Attorney General Eric Holder couldn't resist turning Martin Luther King Jr. Day into a partisan attack fest, disgracefully claiming there's a "concerted effort to resegregate America" just weeks after President Trump's historic inauguration.

Speaking at the National Action Network's annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day Legislative Breakfast in Washington, DC, Holder delivered what can only be described as a desperate, sweeping critique designed to undermine the Trump administration's overwhelming electoral mandate.

This is the same Eric Holder who was held in contempt of Congress for his role in the deadly Fast and Furious gun-running scandal that cost Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry his life. Now he has the audacity to lecture Americans about democracy and civil rights?

The Left's Tired Playbook

Holder's inflammatory rhetoric about "state-sponsored voter suppression" and "racial gerrymandering" is nothing more than the same tired Democratic talking points we've heard for years. These are the desperate cries of a party that just suffered a crushing defeat at the ballot box and can't accept that Americans rejected their radical agenda.

What Holder conveniently ignores is that President Trump received more minority votes than any Republican in decades. Hispanic and Black Americans are waking up to the fact that Trump's America First policies actually deliver results – secure borders, economic opportunity, and safe communities.

"The American people have spoken loud and clear. They want real leadership, not the divisive race-baiting that defined the Obama-Biden years."

It's particularly disgusting that Holder chose to dishonor Dr. King's memory with this partisan drivel. MLK dreamed of a nation where people would be judged by the content of their character, not the color of their skin. Yet here's Holder, pushing the same identity politics that divide Americans rather than unite them.

The Real Threat to Democracy

If Holder wants to talk about threats to democracy, maybe he should look in the mirror. The real assault on democratic institutions came from the Deep State weaponization of the DOJ and FBI that started under his watch and continued through the Biden regime's persecution of President Trump.

Americans see right through this desperate attempt to relitigate 2024. Trump won decisively, Republicans control Congress, and the MAGA agenda is moving forward. No amount of race-baiting from disgraced former officials will change that reality.

Isn't it time these swamp creatures accepted the will of the people and stopped trying to divide America?

Desperate is right - they can't run on their record so they fall back on the same tired playbook of calling everything racist.

I'm a minority business owner and did better under Trump's policies than I ever did under Obama. The Opportunity Zones brought real investment to our community. Where was this 'resegregation' Holder is talking about?

Same here! My neighborhood saw more development and job opportunities 2017-2020 than the entire Obama era.

Eric Holder has some nerve talking about division when his Justice Department was the most politically weaponized we've ever seen. Trump actually increased funding for HBCUs and passed criminal justice reform - what did Obama/Holder do besides stoke racial tensions?

Exactly! The First Step Act was huge for criminal justice reform and Trump gets zero credit for it.

This is rich coming from the guy who called America a 'nation of cowards' on race. Holder was held in contempt of Congress for Fast and Furious - maybe focus on that instead of making up stories about Trump.
