What started as smug defiance over sanctuary policies has now escalated into a federal criminal investigation that could end political careers and put officials behind bars. The evidence appears overwhelming – coordinated obstruction from the top down, Antifa handbooks circulating through protest networks, organized disruptions at Target stores where activists bought salt just to return it as an anti-ICE statement.

Outside the White House, Stewart Rhodes and Lieutenant Colonel Ivan Raiklin held a press event explicitly naming the Insurrection Act as the legal authority that applies when federal law is obstructed and courts cannot function in real time.
