FRAUD CAPITAL: Newsom SHUTS DOWN Public Records After Investigators Expose Billion-Dollar Ghost Daycare Scheme

California has officially earned its title as the fraud capital of America—and Governor Gavin Newsom just proved it by doing the one thing guilty people always do: destroying the evidence.

When a licensed private investigator began exposing "ghost daycare" operations across the Golden State—facilities claiming to serve dozens of children while investigators found completely empty buildings—Newsom's office issued a stunning directive: shut down public access to state records immediately. The timing wasn't coincidental. It was a coverup in broad daylight.

President Trump brought national attention to this scandal by posting the investigator's video on Truth Social, and now Americans are finally seeing the systematic looting that's been happening right under our noses.

The $1.4 Billion Healthcare Heist

The Trump administration's audit of states providing healthcare to illegal immigrants revealed a jaw-dropping truth: seven states plus Washington D.C. owe the federal government nearly $1.4 billion for using taxpayer money illegally. And guess who leads the pack?

California tops the list at a staggering $1.3 billion, followed by the usual suspects—New York and Illinois. These sanctuary states used YOUR tax dollars to provide routine medical care for people who shouldn't even be in this country, all while American families watch their insurance premiums skyrocket year after year.

Ghost Daycares and Empty Buildings

But the healthcare fraud is just the tip of the iceberg. After Minnesota's daycare fraud exposure made headlines, investigators turned their attention to California—and what they found was even more sinister.

Facilities claiming to care for 28 children were discovered to be completely empty buildings. In Washington state, one daycare received $753,000 while serving only TWO children. This isn't mismanagement, folks. This is organized theft.

And the moment investigators started connecting the dots? Newsom pulled the plug on public records access. Ask yourself: if there was nothing to hide, why hide everything?

The Numbers Will Make Your Blood Boil

The Chief Investment Officer at Cantor Fitzgerald, who's running for California State Controller, estimates total fraud in the state could reach a mind-blowing $250 billion. California's own state auditor has documented $76 billion in fraud and mismanagement. Eight agencies under Newsom's watch are designated "high risk" for waste, fraud, and abuse.

Remember the pandemic unemployment disaster? California's Employment Development Department sent $32 billion directly to fraudsters—including checks mailed straight to prisoners sitting in jail cells.

And it gets worse. Dr. Oz revealed how criminals hijacked California's hospice system, paying off doctors to inappropriately move patients into end-of-life care. These patients lose access to regular Medicare benefits because hospice means you've stopped fighting. People are being enrolled without their knowledge and dying because they can't access standard care. Hospice programs in the state have increased sevenfold—and that's not because more people are dying. That's systematic murder-for-profit.

Democrats Block Every Attempt at Accountability

Senator Rand Paul proposed a common-sense solution: audit all welfare programs. Not a single Democrat voted for it. Not one. Senator Marsha Blackburn introduced legislation to strip citizenship from naturalized Americans convicted of felony fraud, retroactive to 1996. Democrats oppose that too.

Meanwhile, Kamala Harris—after a lifetime of government salaries—somehow purchased an $8 million Malibu mansion. Funny how that works.

The Bottom Line

When governors start hiding public records the moment someone asks questions, the corruption runs deeper than anyone imagined. Newsom called President Trump a "liar" while simultaneously blocking the very records that could prove his innocence.

That tells you everything you need to know, Patriots. The question now is: will the Trump administration's auditors be able to recover the billions stolen from hardworking Americans, or has California's criminal enterprise already laundered it beyond reach?

One thing's certain—the days of Democrat governors operating billion-dollar fraud schemes with zero accountability are officially over. The Trump administration is watching, and the receipts are coming due.

This is exactly what we've been saying about California for years! Newsom can't handle the corruption so he just shuts down transparency instead of fixing the problem. How is this legal?

It's not legal, but who's going to stop him? The DOJ won't touch Democrat corruption.

Left that state 3 years ago and this is exactly why. The corruption is so deep they'd rather cover it up than clean house.

BILLIONS in fraud and they want to hide the records? My family runs a legitimate daycare and we get audited constantly while these ghost operations steal taxpayer money. Absolutely disgusting.

Same here - we jump through hoops for licensing while fraudsters get billions. The system is backwards.
