Just as President Trump's second-term deportation machine is ready to roll, establishment Republicans are once again stabbing America First patriots in the back by blocking critical ICE funding alongside their Democrat allies.
Republican Representatives Tim Burchett and Andy Harris - two supposed "conservatives" - are now questioning Department of Homeland Security funding that would give ICE the resources needed to remove millions of illegal aliens from our communities. Meanwhile, the radical Progressive Caucus is predictably opposing any ICE funding without their woke "guardrails" to protect criminal aliens.
This unholy alliance between RINOs and open-borders Democrats couldn't come at a worse time. With a government shutdown deadline rapidly approaching, these swamp creatures are playing games with national security while President Trump is trying to deliver on his mandate from the American people.
Deep State Sabotage in Real Time
Let's be crystal clear about what's happening here: The administrative state and their congressional allies are attempting to kneecap Trump's deportation agenda before it even gets started. They know that without proper funding, ICE can't execute the largest deportation operation in American history that Trump promised voters.
"This is exactly the kind of deep state resistance we expected," said one immigration expert who requested anonymity. "They'll use procedural games and budget tricks to undermine the will of the American people."
The Progressive Caucus wants to handcuff ICE with so-called "guardrails" - code for protecting their precious illegal alien voting base. But what's inexcusable is Republicans like Burchett and Harris giving Democrats cover by questioning funding for our immigration enforcement.
Where Are the Real Conservatives?
While Trump fights to secure our border and remove criminal aliens, these fair-weather Republicans are more concerned with playing politics than protecting American communities. They ran on Trump's coattails in 2024, but now they're showing their true colors when it counts.
Patriots elected Trump with a clear mandate: secure the border and deport illegals. Anyone standing in the way - Republican or Democrat - is standing against the American people. The question is: will enough real conservatives step up to fund Trump's deportation agenda, or will the swamp win again?
