BREAKING: Trump White House BACKS Impeachment of 'Rogue' Liberal Judges Who Obstructed MAGA Agenda

President Trump's White House is officially backing a Republican-led effort to impeach federal judges accused of making brazenly partisan rulings designed to obstruct the America First agenda, marking a historic showdown between constitutional conservatives and the judicial deep state.

The administration's support comes as powerhouse Republicans including Senator Ted Cruz and House Speaker Mike Johnson are pushing to remove Judges James Boasberg and David Boardman, who have been accused of consistently ruling against conservative policies based on political bias rather than constitutional law.

This is exactly the kind of swamp-draining action patriots have been demanding for years. How long should Americans tolerate activist judges who think they can legislate from the bench and override the will of the people?

Taking Back Our Courts

For too long, liberal judges appointed during the Obama and Biden eras have treated their courtrooms like personal fiefdoms, issuing nationwide injunctions to block everything from border security measures to election integrity laws. These aren't judges – they're political operatives in robes.

The Trump administration's backing of these impeachment efforts sends a crystal-clear message: the era of judicial tyranny is over. When judges abandon their constitutional duty to interpret law and instead become partisan activists, they forfeit their right to sit on the bench.

"These rogue judges have repeatedly demonstrated they're more interested in advancing the radical left's agenda than upholding the Constitution," a senior White House official told reporters.

Senator Cruz, who has been leading the charge against judicial overreach, understands that restoring constitutional government means holding ALL branches accountable – including judges who think they're above the law.

The Deep State's Last Stand

Make no mistake: this is about more than just two judges. This is about whether America will be governed by the Constitution or by a handful of unelected liberal activists who believe they know better than We the People.

The establishment media will cry about "judicial independence," but what about independence from partisan politics? What about fidelity to the Constitution instead of progressive ideology?

President Trump promised to drain the swamp, and that includes the judicial swamp. Will Republicans have the backbone to see this fight through, or will they cave to pressure from the same forces that have been undermining American democracy for decades?

Which specific judges are they targeting? I hope they have solid cases built against each one.

I remember when that judge in Hawaii kept blocking the travel ban. Seemed like judicial overreach to me - how does one district judge get to override national security policy?

FINALLY! These activist judges have been legislating from the bench for way too long. Time to hold them accountable!

Exactly! They swore an oath to uphold the Constitution, not their personal political views.

About time someone stands up to these rogue judges. I've been watching them block common sense policies for years - it's beyond frustrating.

These judges have been abusing their power for decades. They think they're untouchable but the Constitution has remedies for a reason.

The founders definitely anticipated this kind of judicial tyranny. Impeachment exists for good reason.

Can someone explain the impeachment process for federal judges? I know it's different from presidential impeachment but not sure on the specifics.

House impeaches with simple majority, then Senate tries them. Need 2/3 Senate vote to remove. It's rare but has happened before.

As someone who served this country, it's infuriating to watch unelected judges override the will of the people. Support this 100%!

YES! This is why we voted for Trump - to drain the swamp at ALL levels!
