New York Supreme Court Justice Jeffrey Pearlman – surprise, surprise – just ruled that the Empire State's congressional map must be completely redrawn by February 6th, putting Rep. Nicole Malliotakis's Staten Island seat directly in the crosshairs of Democrat gerrymandering.
This is the same playbook we've seen for decades. When Democrats can't win at the ballot box, they run to their activist judges and redraw the maps until they get the results they want. It's election rigging, plain and simple.
Another Attack on Trump's Congressional Allies
Malliotakis has been a steadfast supporter of President Trump's America First agenda, fighting against the radical left's assault on our values and freedoms. Now, conveniently timed just as Trump begins implementing his mass deportation plans and government efficiency reforms, Democrats are trying to eliminate one of his key allies in Congress.
The so-called "Independent Redistricting Commission" – which is about as independent as CNN's newsroom – now has carte blanche to redraw district lines to favor Democrat candidates. We all know how this movie ends: Republican-leaning areas get carved up and distributed among multiple Democrat-safe districts.
"This is exactly the kind of deep state manipulation that President Trump warned us about," said one Staten Island GOP official. "They can't beat us fairly, so they're rigging the game."
What's particularly infuriating is the timing. As Trump's DOGE initiative with Elon Musk begins draining the swamp and exposing government corruption, suddenly Democrat judges are finding reasons to reshape the political landscape in their favor.
Patriots Must Fight Back
This isn't just about one congressional seat – it's about the integrity of our entire electoral system. If Democrats can simply shop around for friendly judges whenever they lose elections, what's the point of voting at all?
