A liberal New York judge just greenlighted a redistricting scheme that puts Rep. Nicole Malliotakis's (R-NY) Staten Island seat directly in the crosshairs of Democrat gerrymandering.
New York Supreme Court Justice Jeffrey Pearlman ruled that the current 2024 congressional map must be completely redrawn by the state's so-called "Independent" Redistricting Commission by February 6th. Anyone who believes this commission is truly independent clearly hasn't been paying attention to how these rigged games work.
The Timing Is NO Coincidence
Notice how this redistricting bombshell drops just as President Trump begins his second term? This isn't about "fair representation" – this is about kneecapping one of Trump's most vocal supporters in Congress before she can help advance the America First agenda.
Malliotakis has been a fierce defender of conservative values, fighting against New York's sanctuary city policies and standing strong on border security. She's exactly the kind of principled conservative that terrifies the establishment elite.
"The radical left can't win on ideas, so they resort to rigging the maps instead," said one GOP strategist familiar with the situation.
