The judicial resistance to President Trump's America First agenda has begun in earnest, as U.S. District Judge William G. Young launched a vicious personal attack on our democratically elected president while blocking the deportation of pro-Palestinian campus activists who have been terrorizing American students.

Judge Young, an Obama appointee with a clear anti-Trump bias, issued a temporary restraining order stopping ICE from removing foreign nationals who participated in the antisemitic riots that plagued college campuses nationwide. But Young didn't stop there – he used his judicial platform to launch into a political tirade, branding Trump as 'authoritarian' for simply enforcing existing immigration law.

"This administration's targeting of individuals based solely on their political speech crosses a constitutional red line," Young declared from the bench, apparently forgetting that non-citizens don't have unlimited rights to remain in America while promoting terrorism and hatred.

Let's be crystal clear about what's happening here: Trump is doing exactly what he promised – removing foreign nationals who hate America and support terrorist organizations like Hamas. These aren't peaceful protesters; these are radical activists who called for the destruction of Israel, harassed Jewish students, and turned college campuses into no-go zones for anyone who supports our Middle Eastern ally.

This is the Deep State playbook we've seen before. Activist judges think they can override the will of the American people and handcuff a president who won a decisive mandate to secure our borders and remove those who threaten our national security.

The Real Constitutional Crisis

Judge Young wants to lecture Trump about the Constitution while he himself violates the separation of powers. The executive branch has clear authority over immigration enforcement – not unelected federal judges with political axes to grind.

These campus radicals chose to align themselves with enemies of America. They chose to promote violence and hatred on American soil. Now they want to hide behind judicial activism when consequences arrive?

Patriots, this is exactly why we voted for Trump – to clean house and restore law and order. The question is: will our justice system protect Americans or continue coddling those who hate us?

How is enforcing existing law 'authoritarian'? Every other country in the world enforces their immigration laws without being called dictatorships.

I live in Arizona and see the impact of illegal immigration every day. These judges sitting in their ivory towers have no clue what border communities go through.

Same here in California. The reality on the ground is very different from what these judges think.

This is EXACTLY what we voted against! These activist judges think they can override the will of the people and ignore federal immigration law.

100% agree. The judicial branch has become way too political.

Can someone explain how this judge has standing to block nationwide deportations? Seems like judicial overreach to me.

Trump was elected specifically to enforce immigration law. This judge is undermining democracy by blocking the president's constitutional duty to execute the laws.
