HUMILIATED: Jack Smith DESTROYED in Congressional Hearing – Couldn't Answer Basic Questions About His $35 Million Witch Hunt

Jack Smith just had the worst day of his prosecutorial career – and every humiliating second was captured on camera for the American people to witness.

The disgraced special counsel, who blew through $35 million of YOUR tax dollars in his relentless persecution of President Donald Trump, sat before the House Judiciary Committee and completely fell apart under questioning. When Chairman Jim Jordan pressed him about payments to confidential sources, Smith transformed from a cocky prosecutor into a stuttering mess who couldn't provide basic answers about where the money went.

Secret Payments to Unknown Informants

Here's where it gets truly outrageous, Patriots. Smith personally approved a $20,000 payment to a mystery informant whose identity he claims he doesn't even know. Let that sink in. A special counsel with virtually unlimited resources approved taxpayer-funded payments to unknown individuals – all in service of targeting the man 75 million Americans elected as their President.

When Jordan demanded to know how many other payments went to sources the country knows nothing about, Smith sat there like a deer in headlights. Unable to answer. Unwilling to be accountable. This wasn't oversight – this was a blank check operation with zero transparency.

Illegal Surveillance of Republican Lawmakers EXPOSED

But the hits kept coming. Congressman Brandon Gill systematically dismantled Smith by revealing that his office secretly subpoenaed phone records from Speaker Kevin McCarthy just 16 days after McCarthy was sworn in as the highest-ranking Republican in the House. The subpoenas came with nondisclosure orders, ensuring neither McCarthy nor the American people would ever know about this surveillance.

When Gill pressed whether McCarthy was somehow a "flight risk" to justify such secrecy, Smith had no coherent answer. And it didn't stop there – his team also issued secret subpoenas for toll records of nine U.S. Senators and another Representative, all with gag orders attached.

This is the Deep State in action, folks. Unelected bureaucrats surveilling elected officials with impunity.

Continued Acting as Prosecutor After Ruling

Congressman Chip Roy delivered another devastating blow, exposing that Smith continued signing official materials as a federal prosecutor even after a federal judge ruled his appointment was inappropriate. Roy called it exactly what it was: abuse of authority, using friendly DC courts to do the dirty work of the administrative state.

"If Jack Smith were Republican, his license would already be revoked," President Trump stated in response to the hearing. He called Smith "a deranged animal who should not practice law."

The Cassidy Hutchinson Debacle

Perhaps most damning was Jordan's exposure of Smith's willingness to use discredited witness Cassidy Hutchinson despite her infamous "steering wheel" testimony being debunked by actual witnesses who were in the vehicle. Smith admitted in his deposition that Hutchinson's account was "secondhand or thirdhand hearsay" and that as a defense attorney, he would seek to preclude such testimony.

Yet he still considered putting her on the stand. Why? Because getting Trump mattered more than the truth.

Attempted Bribery of Trump's Attorney?

Matt Gaetz raised explosive allegations that prosecutors offered attorney Stanley Woodward a federal judgeship to flip his client, Walt Nauta, against President Trump. Read that again – they allegedly tried bribing a lawyer with a lifetime judicial appointment in exchange for testimony against a former President.

The $35 million witch hunt has officially collapsed, and Jack Smith's credibility now lies in ruins on the House Judiciary floor. This is what accountability looks like when Patriots fight back against the weaponization of justice.

The question every American should be asking: When will Jack Smith face consequences for his abuses? And how many other Deep State operatives are still hiding in the shadows?

The fact that he couldn't answer basic questions about his own investigation tells you everything you need to know about the legitimacy of this whole operation.

The American people deserve answers and Jack Smith clearly doesn't have them. This entire investigation has been a sham from day one and today proved it.

Finally someone held this man accountable for wasting our taxpayer dollars! $35 million that could have gone to our veterans or infrastructure instead of this political theater.

Does anyone know if there will be further hearings about this? We need full transparency on how every dollar was spent and what exactly they accomplished.

As someone who has to justify every penny to the IRS, watching this guy squirm when asked about $35 million was deeply satisfying. Where's the accountability?

Right? Try explaining a $500 business expense to the government versus this guy burning through millions with no results.
