The convicted ringleader of Minnesota's staggering quarter-billion-dollar welfare fraud scheme just delivered a bombshell accusation that could destroy Tim Walz's political legacy forever. Amy Bach, facing decades in federal prison, is pointing fingers directly at the governor's mansion, claiming Walz and Attorney General Keith Ellison knew exactly what was happening while taxpayer money flowed to Somali fraudsters.

Speaking to Fox News from behind bars, Bach dropped the hammer: she believes the governor's office and Ellison's office were fully aware of this massive theft and did absolutely nothing to stop it. Patriots, we're talking about a QUARTER BILLION DOLLARS that was supposed to feed hungry American children – instead, it got funneled through fake daycare facilities and sham restaurants while Minnesota's Democratic leadership apparently watched it happen in real time.

The Staggering Scale of Democrat Corruption

The numbers will make your blood boil. Prosecutors revealed these criminal networks set up fraudulent operations, pretended to make meals, got paid by the state, then pocketed the cash. One smuggler was caught at Minneapolis airport with $800,000 in a suitcase heading overseas. How much more walked right through undetected while Walz's administration turned a blind eye?

House GOP Chairwoman Lisa McClain didn't mince words during congressional testimony, blasting how

"Democrats took money from your kids, the kids who need it most, dumped it into fraudulent facilities and turned the other way when abuse was reported."

Even more damning? House Oversight Chairman James Comer revealed that brave whistleblowers – overwhelmingly DEMOCRAT state employees – have come forward with documents proving the fraud occurred and directly implicating both Walz and Ellison in covering it up.

The Ellison Connection Gets Even Darker

Here's where it gets really suspicious, folks. Minnesota's Attorney General Keith Ellison only sponsored two bills that passed Congress, and one was the Money Remittances Improvement Act that specifically eased international transfers to Somalia. There's actual video of Ellison saying the discussion focused on "how we can keep money flowing to Somalia." That legislation looks extremely fishy now that we know a quarter billion dollars got stolen and shipped overseas.

Vice President JD Vance went nuclear, calling Walz "a joke who enabled fraud and possibly participated in it." With FBI investigators following the money trail and congressional subpoenas incoming, there's nowhere left for these corrupt Democrats to hide. The American people deserve answers – and justice.

This is what happens when you have zero oversight on massive government programs. I work in auditing and the red flags must have been everywhere - someone was clearly looking the other way intentionally.

That's a great point about the red flags. Makes you wonder who else knew and stayed silent.

Finally someone with inside knowledge is speaking up! How deep does this corruption go and how many other states have similar schemes running?

I've been saying for months that something was off about Walz. A quarter billion in welfare fraud?? This is exactly why we need complete transparency in government spending and real accountability.
