Ralph Norman (R-SC), sought to eliminate Senate-inserted earmarks that allocate millions of taxpayer dollars to entities conducting abortions and harmful 'gender transition' procedures on children. Despite President Trump's overwhelming election victory on a pro-life, pro-family platform, these RINOs chose to side with the radical left's agenda.
