Florida Representative Randy Fine is demanding a federal investigation into what he describes as coordinated left-wing groups actively targeting ICE agents and obstructing President Trump's immigration enforcement operations in Minnesota.

In an exclusive interview with the Washington Examiner, Fine pulled no punches in describing the organized nature of the radical opposition to Trump's mass deportation agenda, calling out demonstrations that erupted following recent federal immigration enforcement activities in Minneapolis.

"What we're seeing in Minnesota isn't spontaneous protest—it's organized interference with federal law enforcement," Fine told the Examiner. "These left-wing groups are deliberately targeting ICE agents who are simply doing their jobs under President Trump's America First immigration policies."

Deep State Resistance Continues

The Florida Republican's call for investigation comes as the Trump administration ramps up its promised mass deportation operations, fulfilling a key campaign promise that helped secure his decisive 2024 victory. But predictably, the same radical left-wing forces that spent four years undermining Trump's first presidency are now mobilizing to sabotage his second-term agenda.

Fine's concerns highlight a disturbing pattern: organized groups with likely ties to the broader resistance movement are putting ICE agents and their families at risk simply for enforcing immigration law that's been on the books for decades.

"The American people voted overwhelmingly for President Trump's immigration agenda. These radical groups think they can override the will of the voters through intimidation and harassment."

Minnesota: Ground Zero for Radical Obstruction

Minnesota has long been a hotbed of far-left activism, from the BLM riots that destroyed Minneapolis to the ongoing sanctuary city policies that have turned parts of the state into magnets for illegal immigration. Now, these same radical networks appear to be coordinating efforts to undermine federal immigration enforcement.

With Trump's mass deportation operations just getting started, how many more ICE agents will be targeted by these organized left-wing groups? And will the Justice Department under Attorney General Pam Bondi finally hold these radical obstructionists accountable?

Good for this Florida Rep! Why is it always Florida politicians who have to step up when other states won't protect federal agents? Minnesota needs to get their act together and stop letting these groups intimidate law enforcement.

Finally someone with backbone standing up for our ICE agents! These brave men and women are just doing their jobs protecting our borders and they shouldn't have to worry about being harassed by radical leftist groups.

Absolutely right! My brother works for ICE and the stuff he tells me about the harassment they face is unreal.
