While America gears up for the historic 250th anniversary of our independence this July 4th, a clear pattern is emerging: Red states are going all-out to celebrate our nation's founding, while blue states seem far less enthusiastic about honoring the country that gave them their freedoms.

According to America250 chairwoman Rosie Rios, state celebrations are "in full swing" across the nation as we approach this once-in-a-lifetime milestone. But the enthusiasm isn't evenly distributed – and that tells us everything we need to know about which Americans still love their country.

Patriots vs. America-Haters

States like Texas, Florida, and Tennessee are planning massive festivals, historical reenactments, and educational programs that celebrate the courage of our Founding Fathers. These are the states where Old Glory still flies proudly, where kids learn REAL American history instead of woke propaganda, and where patriotism isn't considered a dirty word.

Meanwhile, don't expect much fanfare from the usual suspects – California, New York, and other liberal bastions where they're probably too busy teaching children to hate America to actually celebrate its birthday.

"This is not just about a big fireworks show on July 4, 2026," Rios explained, emphasizing the educational and historical significance of the milestone.

She's absolutely right. This isn't just about fireworks – it's about remembering who we are as Americans. It's about honoring the brave patriots who risked everything to create the greatest nation in human history. It's about teaching our children why America is worth defending.

Trump's America Celebrates

Under President Trump's leadership, we're seeing a renewal of American pride that was nearly extinguished during the dark Biden years. The states embracing these celebrations understand that America's founding principles – life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness – are worth defending against the radical left's attempts to tear them down.

As we approach July 4th, ask yourself: Does your state leadership love America enough to celebrate her birthday properly? Or are they too busy apologizing for our founding to honor it?

This is exactly what I expected to see! The heartland states have always been the backbone of American patriotism while the coasts seem to forget what this country was built on.
