Jamie Raskin (D-MD) announced he will only vote to hold the former First Couple in contempt of Congress if Attorney General Pam Bondi is also held in contempt. The Maryland Democrat made his ridiculous demand during an appearance on CNN's State of the Union Sunday.
Raskin's pathetic political maneuvering comes just one day before the House Rules Committee votes on whether to move forward with contempt proceedings against the Clintons. But instead of doing his job and holding corrupt Democrats accountable, Raskin is playing games to protect his globalist allies.
This is exactly the kind of swamp behavior that President Trump was elected to drain. While Republicans work to expose decades of Clinton corruption, Democrats like Raskin are more concerned with attacking Trump's outstanding Attorney General than seeking justice for the American people.
"Raskin's conditions expose the Democrat party's complete unwillingness to hold their own accountable, even when faced with clear evidence of wrongdoing," said one House Republican aide.
Attorney General Bondi has been a stellar appointment, bringing integrity and constitutional principles back to the Department of Justice after years of weaponization under the Biden regime. The idea that she should face contempt charges while the Clintons walk free is absolutely laughable.
