In a stunning display of betrayal that would make Judas blush, the secretary-general of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation has thrown his own people under the bus by openly supporting China's genocidal campaign against Muslims in East Turkistan.
Hissein Brahim Taha, who supposedly represents 57 Islamic nations, made the disgraceful declaration during a friendly visit to Beijing this week, telling Chinese officials that the OIC would "continue to firmly support China" in what human rights groups universally recognize as systematic genocide against Uyghur Muslims.
Let that sink in, folks. The man who claims to speak for over a billion Muslims worldwide just gave his blessing to concentration camps, forced sterilizations, and cultural extermination. If this doesn't expose the complete moral bankruptcy of international organizations, nothing will.

Why would Islamic leaders abandon their own brothers and sisters? The answer is as old as time itself: Chinese cash and economic influence. Beijing has been buying off Islamic nations for years through their Belt and Road Initiative, and apparently, the price of Muslim souls comes pretty cheap these days.
Human rights organizations erupted in outrage following Taha's shameful comments, with many pointing out the obvious hypocrisy of an Islamic leader endorsing the very persecution that would have sparked holy wars in centuries past.
"This is nothing short of a complete betrayal of every principle Islam claims to stand for," one human rights activist told reporters. "How can you claim to represent the faithful while supporting their systematic elimination?"
Meanwhile, the Chinese Communist Party continues its brutal campaign against the Uyghur people, confident that they can commit genocide with impunity while their victims' supposed leaders cheer them on from the sidelines.
This is what happens when international organizations become nothing more than pay-for-play clubs where moral principles are auctioned off to the highest bidder. Patriots, when will Americans finally learn that these global institutions serve everyone's interests except ours and those of innocent people crying out for justice?
