While the bill doesn't immediately impose individual mileage caps, make no mistake: this is the camel's nose under the tent.
SB 2246 may not include odometer checks or per-driver limits today, but Patriots know exactly where this road leads. First comes the "voluntary" targets, then the "incentives," then the mandates. It's the same playbook leftists use every time – inch by inch until they've strangled your constitutional rights.
