Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) is wasting no time plotting his political comeback, launching a national book tour for his memoir "Stand" as Democrats scramble to find anyone who can challenge the Trump-Vance juggernaut in 2028.
The New Jersey Democrat will kick off his obvious presidential audition with a March 22 event at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, joining what's becoming a clown car parade of failed Democratic leaders trying to rehabilitate their images through book deals.
Remember, this is the same Cory Booker who flamed out spectacularly in the 2020 Democratic primary, failing to gain traction despite his "Spartacus" theatrics during the Brett Kavanaugh hearings. Now he's back for another helping of humiliation.
Democrats Already in Panic Mode
What does it tell you about the state of the Democratic Party that they're already launching 2028 campaigns just 10 days into Trump's second term? While President Trump is busy delivering on his America First agenda with mass deportations and government efficiency reforms, Democrats are focused on book sales and virtue signaling.
Booker joins other potential Democratic contenders who are using the tired playbook of writing memoirs to stay relevant. It's the same strategy that failed them in 2024 when Trump demolished their woke agenda at the ballot box.
"The American people rejected the radical left's extremism once, and they'll do it again in 2028," said one Trump administration source. "These book tours are just desperate attempts to stay in the spotlight."
The timing couldn't be more tone-deaf. As Trump works to secure the border and restore American energy dominance, Booker is planning feel-good book signings for coastal elites who still can't accept that their radical ideology was thoroughly rejected by working Americans.
Patriots should view this book tour for exactly what it is: the opening salvo of another doomed Democratic presidential campaign. The question isn't whether Booker can win in 2028 – it's whether the Democratic Party will still exist as a credible political force after four more years of Trump's winning agenda.
