The establishment RINO is attempting to blackmail President Trump by threatening to block the confirmation of Federal Reserve nominee Kevin Warsh unless the Department of Justice drops its investigation into current Fed Chair Jerome Powell.
Speaking on Wednesday's "Alex Marlow Show," Breitbart Editor-in-Chief Alex Marlow exposed Tillis's shameful ultimatum. "He said he's going to block Warsh...unless the DOJ drops its investigation into Jerome Powell. And that's essentially asking Trump to" interfere with an ongoing Department of Justice investigation.
This is exactly the kind of swamp behavior that President Trump was elected to drain. Instead of supporting the administration's efforts to clean house at the Federal Reserve, Tillis is protecting the very establishment figures who have been working against America's economic interests.
Patriots React with FURY
Conservative Americans are not staying silent about Tillis's treachery. Social media exploded with outrage as news of the blackmail attempt spread.
"Thom Tillis can't leave government fast enough. He should have been voted out long," posted @Slugoman1, expressing what many patriots are feeling about the North Carolina senator.
Another furious patriot, @Happyheart411, didn't mince words: "How DARE This IMPOTENT LOSER Go Uncensored" while calling out Senate leadership for allowing Tillis to make "CHILDISH Ultimatum" demands against "OUR GREAT @POTUS."
The timing of Tillis's blackmail attempt is particularly suspicious. President Trump has made it clear that reforming the Federal Reserve is a key priority for his second term, and Jerome Powell has been a consistent obstacle to America First economic policies.
Swamp Creature Exposed
This latest stunt proves what many have suspected all along: Thom Tillis is more loyal to the Washington establishment than to the voters who sent him to represent North Carolina. By threatening to obstruct Trump's nominee unless a DOJ investigation is dropped, Tillis is essentially admitting he's willing to sacrifice America's economic future to protect his swamp allies.
