JUDICIAL OVERREACH: Federal Judge BREAKS THE LAW to Block Trump's Haiti Deportation Plan

A rogue federal judge has just proven that the Deep State judiciary will break their own laws to obstruct President Trump's America First agenda. Federal District Court Judge Ana Reyes of Washington D.C. issued a brazen injunction this week ordering Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem to halt the termination of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Haitians in the United States.

Here's the problem, Patriots: Judge Reyes has absolutely NO legal jurisdiction to issue such an order. She literally violated federal law to protect illegal immigrants from deportation.

The Trump administration moved swiftly to end the abuse of TPS designations that allowed hundreds of thousands of Haitians to remain in America indefinitely under the failed Biden regime. This decisive action is part of President Trump's promised mass deportation program to restore law and order to our immigration system.

But the radical left isn't going down without a fight. Democrat Representative Jahana Hayes celebrated the illegal ruling on social media, posting:

"Last month, I joined colleagues in sending a letter to President Trump & Secretary Noem calling for an extension of temporary protected status for Haitians living in the US. This week, a federal judge agreed, and granted a request to pause the termination of TPS for Haitian."

Meanwhile, conservative voices are calling out this judicial activism for what it is. Social media users are sharing the truth about Judge Reyes' lawless behavior, with posts highlighting that "When It Comes to Haitians Remaining in U.S., Judge Ana Reyes Is Breaking the Law, Not Trump Admin."

This is exactly the kind of Deep State resistance that President Trump warned us about during his campaign. Unelected judges think they can override the will of the American people and the clear authority of the Executive Branch to enforce immigration law.

The question every American should be asking: How long will we allow activist judges to put foreign nationals ahead of American citizens? President Trump didn't win a mandate to watch his agenda get sabotaged by lawless federal judges.

Can someone explain what legal authority this judge thinks he has to block immigration enforcement? I thought deportations were clearly within executive authority.

These judges need to be impeached for ignoring federal immigration law. They took an oath to uphold the Constitution, not their personal feelings.

My tax dollars are being wasted on housing people who shouldn't even be here while this judge plays politics from the bench.

The sanctuary city policies have already overwhelmed our schools and hospitals. Now federal judges are making it even worse by blocking common sense deportations.

I served this country for 20 years and it's heartbreaking to see unelected judges undermining our democratically elected president. This isn't how our system is supposed to work.

This is exactly what we voted AGAINST! These activist judges think they're above the law and can override the will of the American people.

Absolutely right. The judicial branch has completely overstepped their constitutional authority.
