FACE Act BACKFIRE: Don Lemon Co-Defendant Tries to TOSS Church Invasion Charges

The chickens are coming home to roost for the radical left activists who thought they could storm churches with impunity. Ian Davis Austin, one of nine defendants charged alongside former CNN propagandist Don Lemon in a federal case over their January disruption at St. Paul's Cities Church, filed a motion Friday begging a judge to throw out his charges under the FACE Act.

But here's the delicious irony, Patriots: these same leftist extremists have been cheering for years as the Biden DOJ weaponized the very same FACE Act to throw pro-life grandmothers in prison for peacefully praying outside abortion clinics. Now that the law is being applied to THEIR church invasions, suddenly they want it dismissed?

The anti-ICE protest inside the Minnesota church was part of the broader radical left campaign to obstruct immigration enforcement and create "sanctuary" spaces for illegal aliens. These activists thought they could desecrate a house of worship in service of their open-borders agenda without consequences.

Double Standard EXPOSED

For years, we've watched the corrupt DOJ under Merrick Garland selectively enforce the FACE Act exclusively against pro-life Americans while giving leftist church invaders a free pass. Peaceful pro-life advocates got dawn FBI raids and decades in prison, while radical activists who actually disrupted religious services walked free.

Now Austin and his co-defendants are learning that actions have consequences. The FACE Act prohibits interfering with religious worship through force, threat of force, or physical obstruction – exactly what these anti-ICE radicals did when they invaded St. Paul's Cities Church.

"What goes around comes around. These leftist activists can't cry foul now that they're facing the same law they cheered when it was used against pro-life Americans."

With President Trump back in the White House and a real Attorney General in Pam Bondi, we're finally seeing equal justice under law. No more two-tiered justice system that protects left-wing extremists while persecuting conservatives.

Will Austin's desperate legal maneuver work, or will he finally face the same justice that pro-life Americans have endured? Either way, this case exposes the left's stunning hypocrisy when their own tactics are turned against them.

Wait, so they can invade churches and disrupt worship services but then claim the charges should be tossed? What's the legal basis they're even arguing here?

This is exactly what we predicted would happen - the FACE Act being weaponized against peaceful protesters while actual church invaders try to weasel out of consequences. The hypocrisy is staggering!

Couldn't agree more. My pastor has been warning about this double standard for months.

The fact that Don Lemon is involved tells you everything you need to know about the credibility of these defendants.

Our church had protesters show up last year during Easter service and the police did absolutely nothing. Meanwhile pro-life advocates get the full force of federal prosecution. This needs to stop.

Same thing happened at our parish during Christmas Eve mass. It's becoming a real problem.
